摘 要：畜牧兽医专业作为中职农林类学校必设专业，具有较强的理论性、专业性和实践性，在人才培养中更加强调产教融合。在后示范阶段，中职院校踊跃投身优质校“建设周期”，随着现代学徒制试点工作的全面铺开，“双轮驱动”下的畜牧兽医专业人才培养面临着新的挑战，打通“政、行、校、企”4方资源，建立人才共育“立交桥”成为广泛共识。

Abstract：The animal husbandry and veterinary profession， as a must-have major in vocational agriculture and forestry schools， has a strong theoretical， professional and practical nature.In the cultivation of talents， more emphasis is placed on the integration of production and education.In the post-demonstration stage， vocational colleges actively participated in the “construction cycle” of high-quality schools.With the modern apprenticeship pilot work fully rolled out， the cultivation of animal husbandry and veterinary professionals under the “two-wheel drive” is facing new challenges and opening up It has become a broad consensus that the“quartet”resources of “schools， schools， and enterprises” and the establishment of a “overpass” for the joint education of talents..

2010年，教育部、人力资源社会保障部及财政部3部委联合发文，启动了国家中等职业教育改革发展示范学校建设，经过9年建设周期，遴选出近千所中职院校，打造了一批办学特色明显、专业优势突出、社会服务扎实的中职排头兵。随着《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的铿锵落地，后示范时期的中职学校发展进入到崭新阶段，“优中选优，品牌引领”成为了现代职业教育体系框架下的必由之路。2014年，教育部印发《关于开展现代学徒制试点工作的意见》（教职成〔2014〕9号），首次提出“现代学徒制”概念，对新时期企业深度参与学校人才培养全过程做了具体阐释。2017年，国务院办公厅印发《关于深化产教融合的若干意见》（国办发〔2017〕95号），进一步明确推行现代学徒制是校企人才共育的重要途径，是实现学生向企业人转变的重要手段。随着近几年校企融合的不断深入，现代学徒制已成为了职业院校开展校企“双主体”合作培养技术技能人才的重要模式。……
