[摘 要]高职院校的理工类专业课程中，蕴含着大量可融入的思政教育元素，以工程法律法规课程为例，充分挖掘可被利用的思想政治教育元素及立德樹人理念，探求道桥专业的思政课堂与课程思政协同并行切入点，实现专业课的实践教学适时适量地融合思想政治教育元素，将专业课程和思政教育之间进行结合，达到功能互补，协同并行。

Exploration and Practice of Integrating Ideological and Political Education Elements

into Professional Courses of Road and Bridge in Higher Vocational Education

——Take Engineering Laws and Regulations as An Example

Abstract： The science and engineering major in Higher Vocational Colleges contains a lot of philosophical beauty of Xi Jinping's new era China characteristic socialism thought. This article takes the engineering laws and regulations course as an example， fully excavating the elements of Ideological and political education and the idea of Lide people， and explores the parallel entry point of the ideological and political classroom and the curriculum ideological and political education of the road and Bridge specialty， so as to realize the reality of specialized courses. Practice teaching should integrate the elements of Ideological and political education in a timely and appropriate way， so that ideological and political education can blossom and bear fruit in professional practice teaching.

立德树人应作为主线始终贯穿于高职院校的教育，高职院校的教育需以学生为主体，以教书育人为导向，把握学生成长动向，充分利用思政工作进行引导，努力实现以“三全”育人为主要思想的工作理念，并将习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想[1]在课堂教学中贯穿，推动“课程思政”，同时尽可能地发掘和梳理课程当中的思政元素，通过教师这个媒介将课程思政元素和专业课的知识紧密结合在一起，并在授课中将思政内容灌输给学生，让学生在学习专业课程知识的同时进行思政内容的学习和吸收。

一、工程法律法规课程简介

工程法律法规是高等职业学校道路桥梁工程技术专业的一门专业必修课程。其任务是培养高校学生的工程法律法规意识，使学生掌握并运用工程法律、法规的基本知识，具备解决相关法律问题的基本能力。使学生了解工程建设各阶段有关法律规定，开拓视野，为今后的创业、立业创造更大的空间，使其增强对社会的适应能力和竞争能力。……
