[摘 要]随着跨境电商的兴起，跨境支付赋予了国际结算新内涵和新要求，改革国际结算教学内容和教学模式显得尤为迫切。以满足人才需求为导向、培养新型国际结算专业人才为目标、以强化师资建设为保障，深入研究国际结算课程改革问题。通过更新教学内容，丰富教学手段，优化教学设计，实现线上线下混合教学与考评，切实提升教学效果，满足实际业务的需求。

Research On Online and Offline Mixed Teaching Reform

of International Settlement Course under the Background of Cross-border E-commerce

Abstract： With the development of cross-border e-commerce， cross-border payment proposes new connotation and requirements to international settlement. To get with the new economic forms in the new era， it is particularly urgent to reform the teaching content and mode of international settlement. In order to meet the needs of talents， we should foster more and more new international settlement professionals with strengthening the construction of INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENT curriculum. The reform of INTERNATIONAL SETTLEMENT curriculum through updating teaching content， enriching teaching methods， and optimizing teaching design， will try to realize online and offline mixed teaching and evaluation， to effectively improve teaching effect and satisfy the actual needs of international business.

跨境电商是当今国际贸易发展的一种新模式，也是今后外贸发展的趋势。随着跨境电商的兴起，国际结算业务呈现了新的形式。针对跨境电商人才短缺，企业十分重视应聘者跨境支付职业技能，高校国际结算课程存在教学内容和教学方式陈旧等问题，应通过引入线上线下混合教学模式对该课程进行改革，以情境模拟方式增进学生直观体验，促进实践能力的培养，切实满足企业对跨境贸易人才的需求。

一、国际结算课程线上线下混合教学改革的重要性和必要性

（一）改革的重要性

2018年以来，全球跨境电商行业保持着高速增长。根据网经社监测数据显示，2018年全球B2C跨境电商交易额增至6760亿美元，是2015年的两倍多。中国是全球跨境电商最活跃的市场之一，中国跨境电商交易规模迅速扩张。在2000—2018年期间，中国的跨境电商交易规模从500亿元上升至90000亿元，跨境電商交易规模占总贸易额的比重从1.27%上升至29.5%。……
