[摘要] 目的 探讨精细化管理在神經内科护理管理里中的应用效果。方法 在2018年1月—2019年1月期间，于医院神经内科病区内实施精细化管理，期间选取90例神经内科住院患者作为研究组;在2016年12月—2017年12月实施常规管理，选取90例同类型患者作对照组。统计两组患者住院期间意外事件发生率以及护理质量差异。结果 ①研究组意外事件发生率是3.33%，低于对照组的12.22%（χ2=4.960，P=0.026）;②研究组平均护理质量评分是（10.98±0.45）分，高于对照组的（7.18±0.64）分（t=46.078，P=0.000）。结论 精细化管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果突出，可有效提高护理质量水平，并减少意外事件发生，保障患者住院安全。

Application of Refined Management in Nursing Management of Neurology

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of fine management in nursing management of neurology. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019， refined management was performed in the neurological ward of the hospital. During the period， 90 inpatients of neurology were selected as the study group; routine management was performed from December 2016 to December 2017. 90 patients of the same type were selected as the control group. Statistics on the incidence of accidents and quality of care between the two groups of patients during hospitalization. Results 1.The accident rate of the study group was 3.33%， which was lower than 12.22% of the control group （χ2=4.960， P=0.026）; 2.The average quality of care score of the study group was （10.98±0.45）points， which was higher than that of the control group （7.18±0.64）points （t=46.078， P=0.000）. Conclusion The application of refined management in the nursing management of neurology department has outstanding effects， which can effectively improve the quality of nursing， reduce the occurrence of accidents， and ensure the safety of hospitalization of patients.

神经内科疾病具有患者发病急骤、年龄偏大、病情危重、病程迁延、伴发功能障碍等特点，导致基础护理的工作量大，且中班与夜班患者多需要特殊治疗，对于护理技术水平要求较高[1]。因上述神经内科特点，如何实施科学管理，提高护理质量水平，满足不同层次患者需求，已经成为护理管理领域上的重要研究课题。精细化管理作为新社会发展理念、文化理念，要求以科技为基础，凸显精细操作特色，充分利用各种资源，加强协作，增强组织执行力，降低费用与成本，提高效益与效率。近几年来，精细化管理已经开始应用于医学领域，这也是医学模式转变、服务质量精细化的必然趋势，该院自2018年1月—2019年1月间，选取90例患者进行研究，通过在神经内科引入精细化管理模式，在提高护理管理质量水平、降低住院患者意外事件发生率方面取得良好效果，与常规管理方法相比，优势突出，现报道如下。……
