[摘要] 公共卫生事业应急能力为预防以及干预相关公共卫生事业的应急能力，加强对公共卫生事业有关应急能力的管理干预非常关键，有助于对突发出现的公共卫生事业实行及时应急处理。近些年，中国人口密度逐渐提升，突然出现的公共卫生事件也渐渐增加，增强中国公共卫生事业有关应急能力的管理研究分析存在重要价值，应将公共卫生事业有关应急能力的管理研究层次及范围扩大。该文针对国外及国内公共卫生事业有关应急能力的管理现状、中国公共卫生事业有关应急能力的管理研究展望等多个方面研究，针对国外公共卫生事业有关应急能力的管理理论、管理系统、管理决策以及国内公共卫生事业有关应急能力的管理体系、管理机制、信息系统、人才培养等内容予以总结分析，充分了解公共卫生事业有关应急能力的管理现状情况，进而为中国公共卫生事业有关应急能力的管理工作提供一定依据。

[Abstract] Emergency capacity of public health services is the ability to prevent and intervene in the emergency response of related public health services. It is very important to strengthen the management and intervention of emergency capacity related to public health services. In recent years， China s population density has gradually increased， and sudden public health incidents have gradually increased. The management research and analysis of emergency response capabilities of public health services in China has important value. The level and scope of management research on emergency response capabilities of public health services should be expanded. This article focuses on foreign and domestic public health undertakings related to emergency capacity management status， Chinese public health undertakings related to emergency capacity management research prospects， and other aspects. It focuses on foreign public health undertakings related to emergency capacity management theories， management systems， management decisions， and summarize and analyze the management system， management mechanism， information system， and personnel training of domestic public health services in order to fully understand the current status of emergency management capabilities in public health services， and then provide management of emergency capabilities in China's public health services.
