[摘要] 医疗机构的暴力行为是医学界面临的发展问题。尤其在基层地区受经济水平、教育水平等因素影响，层现出增长趋势，对医务人员及社会产生不良影响。该文结合当前基层医院暴力行为的表现形式，从社会、医方、患方3方面进行原因剖析，提出了进一步完善法律法规细则、加大基层医院的社会化投入、加强健康通识化教育、提高医护人员的继续教育及建立医疗风险机制的防范对策。降低发生基层医院暴力行为风险，构建和谐的医患关系。

[Abstract] Violence in medical institutions is a development issue facing the medical community. Especially in the grassroots areas， affected by factors such as economic level and education level， there is a growing trend at the grassroots level， which has adverse effects on medical staff and society. Based on the manifestation of violence in grass-roots hospitals in the new situation， this article analyzes the causes from three aspects： society， doctors and patients， improving the continuing education of medical staff and preventive measures to establish a medical risk mechanism. Reduce the risk of violence in primary hospitals and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.

近年来，我国医疗卫生事业不断深化改革，进一步提高医疗服务水平行动，逐步提升患者的就医获得感。但是，医患双方矛盾日趋严重[1]，医疗场所暴力行为屡禁不止，这两年来，从中南大学湘雅三医院老年心内科副主任医师江凤林被打事件到甘肃省人民医院肛肠科冯丽莉被杀事件，暴力伤医事件已经严重影响了正常的医疗活动，恶化了医疗执业环境。把医疗行业推向了一个风险性较高的职业，让医务人员无法正常进行正常的医疗活动，医患双方处于不信任关系，甚至造成了当今学生不愿意或逃离医疗行业，甚至降低了医疗服务质量。特别在基层地区受经济水平、教育水平以及社会化因素等原因下，医疗场所暴医伤医行为愈演愈烈，降低对政府、社会及医患双方的信任感，阻碍了国家分级诊疗的发展规划，成为当前基层医院医疗环境的面对问题。……
