[摘要] 目的 观察精细化管理在血液检验质量控制中的应用。方法 选择2018年10—12月在该院进行血液检查的患者38 400例为对照组，实施常规管理;2019年1—3月在该院进行血液检查的患者39 200例为观察组，实施精细化管理。对两组管理后血液检验效果进行对比。结果 两组管理后血液检验效果进行对比，观察组管理后血液检验失误率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;血液检验结果进行对比差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 在血液检验中实施精细化管理，其对于提升血液检验质量有明显效果，可提高临床诊断中的准确性。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the application of refined management in the quality control of blood tests. Methods A total of 38 400 patients undergoing blood tests in the hospital from October to December 2018 were selected as the control group and routine management was performed; 39 200 patients undergoing blood tests in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2019 were Observation group to implement refined management. The effects of blood tests after the two groups were compared. Results The blood test results of the two groups were compared after administration. The error rate of blood tests after the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. There was no statistical difference in the comparison of blood test results（P>0.05）. Conclusion Implementing refined management in blood tests has obvious effects on improving the quality of blood tests and can improve the accuracy in clinical diagnosis.

血液檢验其在临床上可分成5种检测，为血液常规检验、溶血贫血检验、骨髓检验、血型检验以及交叉配血检验。血液检验可快速诊断出患者的疾病情况，并且根据其显示的数据进行合理的治疗方法，有利于医生临床上的治疗和患者的康复。因此在血液检验时其准确度是至关重要的，若检验出现差错，可能会造成医生在诊断病情时出现误差，导致误诊。精细化管理其主要可分为规范化、精细化、个性化3个方面，通过不同的管理方式提升工作质量[1-2]。为降低血液检验出现的失误率，提高检验质量，该院对2019年1—3月的39 200例患者进行精细化管理，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

选择2018年10—12月在该院进行血液检查的患者38 400例为对照组，实施常规管理;2019年1—3月在该院进行血液检查的患者39 200例为观察组，实施精细化管理。对照组患者，患者年龄5～79岁，平均年龄（56.89±9.68）岁;观察组患者，患者年龄4～80岁，平均年龄（57.27±8.37）岁。……
