摘要：将BIM的思维与技术作为课程与实践项目应用于环境设计的本科教学。通过在环境设计课程中引入BIM技术、提升教师的BIM技术能力以及搭建校企合作的实践平台，对学生进行有关BIM的教学。学生通过了解设计市场当前的人才需求，进行BIM课程的学习与实践，并能够应用该技术进行实际项目的设计。通过在环境设计课程中引入BIM技术与理念，顺应设计市场发展趋势，培养BIM设计人才，也提高了高校环境设计专业的教学质量。

一、BIM技术的概述

（一）BIM的概念

BIM的全称为Building Information Modeling即建筑信息模型，是一种基于三维模型的设计思路与方法，也是一个能够将其中信息进行共享的资源集合体，其中包含几何与非几何的信息描述，对设计中物理和功能特性数据进行集中整合进行数字化表达，并依次进行设计、施工、运营的及过程和结果的总称。

（二）BIM技术在国内外发展与应用的现状

美国是最早推广BIM技术的国家，也是最早颁布BIM技术标准的国家，最初BIM技术应用在与军事相关的大型项目之中，随后对威斯康星州针对一定造价的公共建筑也提出了要使用BIM技术的要求。新加坡与澳大利亚同样很早开始在国内建筑业推广使用BIM技术进行建设。

同时在2010年前后，更多的国家也开始逐渐颁布自己国家与建筑信息相关的标准。希望该项技术能够优化现有设计，提高效率以及减少建筑浪费。……
