【摘  要】为了实现立德树人、全面育人这一教育目标，高职院校应始终围绕学生发展需求，一方面顺应时代发展需要，把握社会职业趋势，为储备技能型高素质人才奠定基础，另一方面坚持把人文素养培育作为重中之重，实现专业技能培养与德育工作相融合，积极探索高职院校专业技能教学与人文素养培育的融合模式。论文根据高职院校专业技能与人文素养融合培养的现状，提出了探索性对策。

【Abstract】In order to realize the educational goal of strengthening moral education and cultivating people， higher vocational colleges should always revolve around the needs of the development of the students. On the one hand， we should comply with the development of the times， grasp the trend of social occupation， and lay a foundation for the reserve of skilled and high-quality talents. On the other hand， we should take the cultivation of humanistic quality as the top priority， realize the integration of professional skill cultivating and moral education， and actively explore the integration mode of professional skill teaching and humanistic quality cultivation in higher vocational colleges. Based on the present situation of the comprehensive cultivation of professional skill and humanistic quality in higher vocational colleges， this paper puts forward exploratory countermeasures.

1 引言

2018年，教育部部长陈宝生在新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议上，确立了“促进学生全面发展为中心”的教育宗旨，以“培养青年学生社会责任感创新精神与实践能力”为重点，达到提高学生审美和人文素养的综合素質教育教学改革的要求[1]。2019年1月，国家提出了《国家职业教育改革实施方案》，方案明确提出，职业教育要以促进就业和适应产业发展需求为导向，着力培养高素质劳动者和技术技能人才。近年来，高等职业教育受到了国家、社会、企业的高度关注，如何培养学生的专业技能和综合素质成为高职院校人才培养的核心任务。

2 高职院校专业技能与人文素养融合培育的作用

高职院校的育人目标是培养专业知识与人文素养高度融合的高素质人才，满足社会经济发展中各行各业对技术技能人才的需求[2]。良好的人文素养和扎实的专业基础是高职教育的重要组成部分，在专业技能培养过程中融入人文素养有着至关重要的作用。……
