【摘  要】现代中职教育应以在掌握理论知识的同时提高工作能力为核心，实际训练、实景操作是职业教育的特色。针对当前中国教育的新形势，论文结合河北经济管理学校会计专业近几次校企合作的经验，探索学校与企业合作在校园内共建会计实习基地的策略。通过共建“会计共享中心”校内实习基地，论文探讨了如何做到真正意义上的共享共建，探索了互惠互利、深度融合、可持续发展的校企合作模式。

【Abstract】The core of modern secondary vocational education is to improve working ability while mastering theoretical knowledge. Practical training and practical operation are the characteristics of vocational education. In view of the new situation of China's education， this paper combines the experience of recent cooperation between school and enterprise in accounting major of Hebei Economy Management School to explore the strategy of cooperation between school and enterprise to construct accounting practice base in the school. Through the joint construction of the inner school practice base of "accounting sharing center"， the paper discusses how to achieve the real sense of sharing and joint construction， and explores the cooperation mode of school and enterprise with mutual benefit， deep integration and sustainable development.

1 引言

对于中职院校会计专业来说，实习基地的建设水平直接影响学生的实践技能的提高，因为实习基地要考虑到真账模拟、真账实操，要充分考虑到真实的企业工作环境，所以实训环境都要符合真实的现场环境。虽然近年来在我国政府的支持下，中职院校实习基地的条件得到了一定改善，但是仍不能满足现代企业迅猛发展的需求。实习基地存在的问题成为我国中职院校亟待解决的一大难题。为了解决这一难题，河北经济管理学校想方设法，对工作方式进行创新，寻求与财务咨询公司的合作是解决实习基地难题的一个很好方法。经过多次深入探讨，目前在探索和实践中已经取得初步成效。

2 校企合作共建育人新模式
