摘要    高质量发展是新时代经济发展的根本要求。本文对铜仁市农产品加工业发展现状进行了分析，阐述了铜仁市农产品加工业高质量发展的基础，并提出了发展措施，以促进铜仁市农产品加工业高质量发展。

Abstract    High-quality development is the fundamental requirement for economic development in the new era.This article analyzed the develop-ment status of Tongren City′s agricultural product processing industry，elaborated the basis of high-quality development of Tongren City′s agricultural product processing industry，and proposed development measures to promote the high-quality development of Tongren City′s agricultural product proc-essing industry.

高质量发展是2017年中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会首次提出的新表述，表明中国经济进入了新的增长模式，即由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段，实现高质量发展是新时代中国经济发展的根本要求。王一鸣指出高质量发展根本在于经济的活力、创新力和竞争力，供给侧结构性改革是根本途径[1];刘伟从微观、中观和宏观3个层面对高质量发展进行了界定[2];张燕生指出经济高质量发展需要对考核标准、激励标准、衡量标准等体系的建立[3]。近年来，铜仁市农产品加工业立足农业资源优势和良好的生态优势，扎实推进农产品加工业的发展，但在农产品加工业高质量发展方面还存在较大的发展空间。基于此，依据对高质量发展内涵的理解，选择武陵山区农产品加工业的核心区域之一铜仁市作为研究对象，对其发展现状进行调查，分析高质量发展优势，制订措施促进农产品加工业高质量发展。
