摘要党的十八大以来，习近平生态文明思想逐步形成，生态文明被提升到了历史新高度。农村循环经济，作为实现农村可持续发展的重要经济战略受到广泛关注。本文对以生态文明为指导的农村循环经济发展路径进行研究，并以辽宁省法库县某镇为例，构建了辽宁省农村循环经济发展模式框架，最后详细阐述了生态文明视角下冯贝堡镇循环经济发展模式中九大体系的发展方向。

The Research of Development Path with Circular Economy Based on Ecological Civilization in Rural Areas—Taking Fengbeipu Town of Liaoning Province for Example

AbstractThe theories of ecological civilization by Xi Jinping have been formed which raise the awareness of ecological civilization to a new level after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The circular economy in rural areas has aroused extensive attention which is the important economode to achieve sustainable development. The development path of circular economy based on ecological civilization is discussed in rural areas. Then the frame of the development mode with circular economy is built taking the town in Faku County of Liaoning Province for example. At last， the development directions of nine systems with circular economy are explained in Fengbeipu Town based on ecological civilization.

黨的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央深刻回答了有关生态文明的重大理论和实践问题，形成了习近平生态文明思想。农村循环经济是实现人口、资源、环境相互协调发展的农业经济增长新方式[1]，而解决农村循环经济发展的关键问题需明确全新的生态文明意识。因此，开展以生态文明为指导的农村循环经济发展路径研究，并以辽宁省法库县某镇为例，深入进行农村循环经济模式探索，对构建辽宁省农村生态文明的经济体系，推动辽宁省农村生态文明科学发展具有重要意义。

1基于生态文明建设的农村循环经济发展路径的构建理念

目前，循环经济发展瓶颈是经济性不强，需要大量的投资和运行成本。基于生态文明建设的农村循环经济发展路径应以经济、生态环境和社会综合效益最大化为目标，其核心驱动力是要实现循环经济的经济“循环性”，实现农村相关产业互补和共生，同时做好农村产业规模的匹配[2-3]。……
