摘  要：2017-2018学年对本校的电子信息1701等3个行政班级做成的合班采用翻转课堂进行教学，在教学中重视自然与情境法融合，利用语境帮助学生理解含义，尽量减少借助逐字翻译才能知道文本或口头表达的信息。教学结果显示，这种教学方法能在一定程度上弥补大班教学的缺陷，有效促进学生，尤其是中上等学生的课外英语学习。2018年下半年对软件1801、1802组成的合班再次进行了改进的教学实验，并对汽车营销1801和国际商务1801合班采用传统教学方法，进行了对比实验。

Abstract： In the 2017-2018 school year， the combined classes made by the school's electronic information 1701 and other 3 administrative classes were taught in a flipped classroom. In the teaching， emphasis was placed on the integration of nature and situation law. The context was used to help students understand the meaning and minimize the use of verbatim translation in order to know the text or verbal information. The teaching results show that the teaching method can compensate for the shortcoming of large class so as to effectively promote students， especially medium and top students， to learn English in their spare time. In the late part of 2018， the modified teaching test is carried out in the combined class of Software 1801 and 1802. At the same time， traditional teaching method is still applied in the combined class of Automobile 1801 and International Business 1801 in order to check different effectiveness.

一、研究背景

中国的高考人数在2008年达到历年顶峰即1050万人，以后开始逐年减少，在2013年达到近年来的最低点912万，之后趋于稳定，2014-2017年的高考人数大约940万左右;而江苏省的高考人数在2009年达到峰值54.6万人后，一直逐年减少，2017-2018年均只有33万人左右。这就给高职的招生带来很大的困扰，本校由于是国家示范性骨干高职院校，招生人数虽然没有减少，但不可回避的是学生生源质量整体呈下降的态势，英语课堂教学的总课时又从180减少到120学时，加上不少学生学习英语的方法陈旧，学習效率低下，很多学生认为根本无法学好英语，学习动力严重不足。课下和学生交流，了解到不少学生高中时期记单词不重视单词读音，随便乱读或者压根不读，依靠在纸上反复写英语单词，再按照中英文的对应关系死记硬背。……
