摘  要：实习教学是学校落实“立德树人”根本使命、培养本科专业人才的重要环节。实习基地是本科学生开展专业实习教学活动、打通学生专业学习和未来就业的重要载体。学校作为人才供给侧方，应满足产业需求，提升学生实践教学能力。文章通过对企事业单位、就业学生的深入调研，分析了是实习基地的作用，制订了实习基地建设改革方案，明确了建设原则，列举了建设条件，规范了建设程序，明晰了建设职责，强调了过程管理，分析了建设成效。

Abstract： Internship teaching is an important part of implementing the fundamental mission of "strengthening morality" and training undergraduate professionals. Internship base is an important carrier for undergraduates to carry out professional internship teaching activities， open up students' professional learning and future employment. As the side of talent supply-side， the school should meet the needs of industry and improve students' practical teaching ability. Through in-depth investigation of enterprises， institutions and employed students， this paper analyses the role of the internship base， formulates the reform plan for the construction of the internship base， clarifies the construction principles， enumerates the construction conditions， standardizes the construction procedures， clarifies the construction responsibilities， emphasizes the process management， and analyses the construction effect.

習近平总书记在党的十九大报告中强调，高校要“深化产教融合、校企合作”。为落实《教育部 财政部关于“十二五”期间实施“高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程”的意见》，教育部于2012年专门下发《关于开展“本科教学工程”大学生校外实践教育基地建设工作的通知》，就大学生实践教育基地建设进行详细部署，在教育部、财政部资助层面立项建设1000个实习基地，同时投入中央财政专项资金支持。可见，实践教学是高校本科教学质量与教学改革工程的重要组成部分，实习教学是学校落实“立德树人”根本使命、培养本科专业人才的重要环节，而实习基地是本科学生开展专业实习教学活动、打通学生专业学习和未来就业的重要载体，对学校人才培养具有十分重要的作用。
