【摘要】众所周知，一个人在幼年时期养成的良好习惯，将会对这个人今后的一生产生深远影响。养成良好的行为习惯可以帮助小学生加强自我管理能力，实现学生自主学习的愿望，同时也可以尽快适应校园和社会的氛围，同时对学生今后的学习也有很大帮助。作为新时代的小学班主任，应该注重培养学生良好的行为习惯，做学生人生道路上的领路人。

My Humble Opinion on how the Head Teacher in Elementary School Cultivates Stu‐dents Good Behaviors

【Abstract】As we all know， the good habits that a person develops in his childhood will have a profound impact on the per‐sons future life. Develop good behaviors and habits can help elementary school students to strengthen their self-management ability and realize their aspirations for autonomous learning. At the same time， they can adapt to the campus and social atmo‐sphere as soon as possible. At the same time， it is also very helpful to students future learning. As a primary school teacher in the new era， we should focus on cultivating studentsgood behavior and habits， and be a guide on the path of studentslives.

一、用校园规章制度规范学生的行为习惯

“没有规矩，不成方圆。”要想帮助学生养成良好的行为习惯，一定要在小学时期对其进行规范。小学生刚刚进入校园，浪漫天真，对一切充满好奇，又好动活泼，所以在这个时候一定要有严格的规章制度对其进行约束。学校要制定合适的小学生守则和行为规范，并通过班主任向每一个班级的每一名学生认真传达，帮助学生养成自觉遵守的行为意识。这其中也包含很多道德素质教育，例如不能和同学吵架打架、做讲礼貌懂文明的好孩子、爱护公共财物、不随意浪费粮食等，用这些生活中的小事告诉学生什么样的行为是正确的行为习惯。在这个过程中，因为针对的是小学生，小学生对于是非对错的分辨意识并不强，所以班主任不应该仅依赖口头教育，而是要学会用实际案例向学生讲解。在日常学习生活中，有学生犯了错误，班主任一定要指正出来，并告诉其他学生不要犯同样的错误。……
