【摘要】为了及早校正农村特殊儿童的不良行为，了解他们在生理、心理、学习、生活等方面的需求与愿望，寻求更适合他们成长与发展的教育及关爱途径，帮助他们根据自身实际获得发展，对农村特殊儿童进行分类教育与关爱显得十分必要。只要我们有针对性地开展教育与关爱，就能取得较好的教育效果。

ABrief Talk on the Strategies of Implementing Classified Education and Care for Special Children in RuralAreas

【Abstract】In order to correct the bad behaviors of children with special needs in rural areas as soon as possible， under‐stand their needs and desires in terms of physiology， psychology， learning， life， etc.， and seek education and care channels that are more suitable for their growth and development， and help them to develop according to their own actual conditions. It is very necessary for special children to carry out classified education and care. As long as we carry out education and care in a targeted manner， we can achieve better educational results.

由于各種原因，在农村有一些需要我们进行特殊教育与关爱的群体，这一群体数量虽然不多，但是由于他们在行为、性格、态度、健康等方面存在许多缺陷，因此较难融入正常学校教育中。如果我们不能从儿童时期就对他们进行正确引导，任其发展将会逐渐变成社会问题。

一、农村特殊儿童的类型及性格特点

笔者从事农村教育教学工作近30年，在教育教学过程中发现，农村特殊儿童一般可以分为这么几种：特异体质儿童、单亲家庭儿童、留守儿童、残疾儿童等。

1.特异体质儿童。因疾病或遗传因素，导致他们部分行为能力受限，不能像正常儿童那样学习和生活。这类儿童往往自卑、自私、孤立、脆弱，且因身体特殊，希望特殊照顾的心理极强。

2.单亲家庭儿童。因父母离异或去世，只有父（母）一人抚养的儿童。这类儿童因家庭温暖缺失，常表现为依赖、对立、爱哭、孤僻等性格特点。

3.留守儿童。父母因外出打工或情感不和长年在外不归，由爷爷奶奶（姥姥姥爷）或邻居代为监管的儿童。……
