[摘要]目的 探讨延续性护理对良性前列腺增生术后患者自理能力及机体康复的影响。方法 选取2018年1～12月于我院泌尿外科治疗的83例良性前列腺增生术后患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为实验组（42例）和对照组（41例）。实验组在出院指导的基础上通过微信、电话等进行延续性护理，对照组仅进行常规出院指导，比较两组患者出院3个月后的生活质量、前列腺症状、自理能力及健康行为情况。结果 实验组患者护理后的生活质量（QOL）评分和前列腺症状（IPSS）评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）;实验组患者护理后的自我护理能力得分及健康行为评分均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 延续性护理可以提高良性前列腺增生术后患者的生活质量及自我护理能力，改善前列腺症状，规范患者自我健康行为。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of continuous nursing nursing on postoperative self-care ability and body rehabilitation of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods A total of 83 cases of patients who accepted BPH in urology department of our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research objects， and they were divided into the experimental group （n=42） and the control group （n=41） according to random number table method. The experimental group was given continuing nursing through WeChat and telephone， the control group was given discharge instruction. The quality of life， prostate symptoms， self-care ability and health behavior at 3 months after discharge of the two groups were compared. Results The score of quality of life （QOL） and international prostate symptom score （IPSS） of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. The scores of self-care ability and healthy behavior in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Continuous nursing can improve postoperative quality of life and self-care ability of patients with BPH， improve prostate symptoms， and regulate patients′ self-health behaviors.

前列腺增生是中老年男性常見病，发生率日益增高[1]。对于前列腺增生保守治疗无效者，临床多采用经尿道前列腺电切术，其疗效好，操作简单且安全性高[2]，但是术后仍存在尿储留、尿频、尿急、尿失禁等症状，影响患者的生活质量甚至影响预后。目前，对于良性前列腺增生术后出院患者，临床常给予常规宣教及护理指导，部分患者由于年龄及文化程度等因素导致出院后护理不当，引起感染、出血等情况。基于各种通信手段的延续性护理可以较好地提高患者自我护理能力[3]，有助于患者康复。近年来，我院对良性前列腺增生患者采用延续性护理，效果良好，现报道如下。

1资料与方法
