摘  要：随着网络时代的快速发展，为新工科大学生思想政治教育工作的开展带来了新的机遇和新的挑战。高校要充分发挥和利用网络自主性、便捷性、交互性、广泛性的特点，积极探索新的模式和路径，围绕“思政队伍建设”、“校园文化建设”、“实践路径管理”、“课堂教学管理”开展探索式教育与发展，通过系统谋划，挖掘内涵，拓展渠道等方式，提升新工科大学生思想政治教育的实效性和综合水平。

Abstract： With the rapid development of the network era， new opportunities and new challenges are brought about by the development of ideological and political education for new engineering students. Colleges and universities should give full play to and utilize the characteristics of network autonomy， convenience， interactivity and extensiveness， and actively explore new models and paths， focusing on "the construction of ideological and political teams"， "construction of campus culture"， "practice path management"，"classroom teaching management"carries out exploratory education and development， and enhances the effectiveness and comprehensive level of ideological and political education for new engineering students through systematic planning， excavating connotation， and expanding channels.

习近平总书记在全国宣传思想工作会议上强调，要把网上舆论工作作为宣传思想工作的重中之重来抓。当前，随着网络尤其是移动互联网络的飞速发展，以“90后”独生子女为主的当代大学生网络化生存、网络化生活成为常态。①如何围绕“立德树人”这一根本任务，围绕新工科大学生的特点和变化，充分发挥网络的优势和作用，创新新工科大学生思想政治教育的方法和路径，提高新工科大学生思想政治教育的针对性、有效性和全局性具有重要的时代意义。社会环境与网络信息的影響往往是多样、多重、多变的，即既有积极影响也有消极影响，既有短暂影响也有持续影响，既有传统性影响也有现代性影响，学生究竟受了什么影响，往往呈现出个体差异。②

网络时代的到来，推动着人类进入一个新的空间和时代，影响着人们的思维方式和行为方式，同时也改变着思想政治教育的发展方向，以及大学生的思想特点。……
