摘  要：由于现代先进技术手段的引入，经管类实践教学有了更大的空间，针对成都大学经管类专业实践课程的改革，总结了VBSE课程教学的课程设计、课程实施、教学评价设计。通过课程实践证明，将现代信息技术，新型教学方式应用于经管类本科实践教学中，改革经管类实验教学模式，提升教学效果，有助于培养满足社会需要的具有综合职业能力的高素质人才。

Abstract： With the introduction of modern advanced technology， there is more room for practical teaching of economics and management. Based on the reform of the practical course of economics and management in Chengdu university， this paper discusses the course design， course implementation and teaching evaluation design of VBSE course teaching. Through the course practice， it has been proved that applying modern information technology and new teaching methods to the practical teaching of economics and management， reforming the experimental teaching mode of economics and management and improving the teaching outcomes are helpful to cultivate the qualified personnel with comprehensive professional competence that meet the needs of the society.

随着社会经济的快速发展，对经管类专业人才的需求越来越大，对其专业能力、综合素质和实践能力的要求也愈来愈高。然而，就业市场却相当严峻，一方面是毕业生就业难，另一方面是企业招不到达标人才，缺口较大。大量的没有经过实际工作环节训练的学生，很难成为真正符合企业需要的人才。

一、经济管理类本科教育中存在的问题

（一）未能妥善解决专业知识传授与综合能力、综合素质培养的矛盾

现有的大学教育为了方便教学的实施，侧重专业技能的培养，缺少将各专业岗位上下游知识串联起来的教学设计，导致学生在学校学习没有形成立体化的知识和能力，进入社会走上工作岗位，适应性差，很难快速进入工作状态[1]。如何将经管类各专业的校内实践内容进行整合，提高学生的综合职业素质和职业能力，是经管类本科专业的难点和痛点。

（二）未能妥善处理教与学的矛盾

实践教学活动的设计与组织，主要以传统知识传授为主，而非以学为中心，忽视学生的学习自主性、主动性的发挥。……
