摘  要：近年来我国经济发展进入转型阶段，各行各业的高尖端人才缺口也越来越大。在这样的环境背景下就业形势却日益严峻，反映出当前我国高等教育体系还存在着种种缺陷。文章以南京审计大学为代表的财经类高校为例，从学历教育和职业资格教育两个角度，系统分析我国高等院校在教育过程中存在的问题，并就实现学历教育与职业资格教育的相互融合提出建议，对国家培养既具备深厚理论基础的知识型人才又拥有行业技能的技术型人才有着重要的现实意义。

Abstract： China's economy has developed into a transitional stage， and there is a growing shortage of high-end talents in all walks of life. The situation of the employment market is increasingly rigorous under such a background， which reflects that there are still many defects in the current higher education system of China. Taking the financial and economic colleges represented by Nanjing Audit University as an example， this paper systematically analyses the problems of the education of universities in China from the perspectives of both vocational and academic education. Then this paper puts forward some suggestions on realizing the integration of vocational and academic education， which will be of great practical significance for China's cultivating talents with both profound theoretical knowledge and professional skills.

一、概述

随着经济社会的飞速发展，传统的学历教育已经难以满足社会的需求，具有较高科学文化水平和优秀实践能力的复合型人才在就业市场上更受青睐，大力发展学习型社会越来越受到国家和社会的重视。很多岗位对从业者也有了学历资格和职业资格的双重要求，然而现在的大学生往往缺乏用人单位所需的实战性才能，造成即使具备高学历也找不到工作的问题。当然，一味强调职业资格教育而忽视我国高等教育对大学生从深度和层次上的提升也是不合理的。因此，有必要找到一条将学历教育和职业资格教育有机结合和相互促进的有效途径。在如今的社会环境下，全国各大高校逐渐开始探索教育模式的革新，加强学历教育和职业资格教育的相互渗透与融合，力求将学生培养成为具备深厚理论基础、较强研究能力和拥有技术技能的优秀人才。……
