摘  要：大学生创新创业实践基地是大学生开展科技创新活动的有力依托和平台。文章论述了创新基地的重要性，从创新基地的硬件建设、软件建设及管理机制运行三个方面分析了创新基地对开展多层次的科技创新实践活动、培养创新素质人才的作用。创新基地营造了良好的“双创”氛围，提升了大学生的创新能力和实践能力。

Abstract： The base of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students is a powerful support and platform for college students to carry out scientific and technological innovation activities. This paper discusses the importance of the innovation base from hardware， software construction and management mechanism operation of the innovation base. It analyzes the role of the innovation base in carrying out scientific and technological innovation practice activities and cultivating innovative quality talents.The innovation base has created a good atmosphere and enhanced the innovation and practical ability of college students.

深化高校创新创业教育改革，是推进“大众创业，万众创新”，实施创新驱动发展战略，培养大学生创新能力的重要保障。科技创新基地是大学生开展科技创新活动的有力依托和平台，是高等学校实现素质教育教学改革的有效手段，随着素质教育的全面实施及21世纪经济建设和社会发展对创新型高素质人才培养的要求，加强大学生科技创新基地已成为各高校的重要举措，成为高等学校教学中的一个重要组成部分，是开展多层次的科技创新实践活动、培养创新素质人才的有效途径。

一、科技创新基地的重要性
