【摘 要】方案选址位于广西壮族自治区北海市海城区涠洲岛南湾镇滨水片区，该区位是以渔业、集市商业、滨水岸观景区为一体的码头中心区，随着岛上旅游业的开发，该区位的人流量随着旅游业的发展呈现增长的趋势，环境也因需求量的扩大而受到一定程度的影响，沿岸的观景点也逐渐被人们所遗忘。

此次方案希望建立以“码头-商业交易市场-观景中心”为一体的南湾镇中心建筑，并结合可持续性建筑材料，并将材料的功能性与区位的需求性、地方气候性结合，做成能够与人互动性强的滨水建筑。

通过建成能与人的行为互动性偏强的公共建筑，使潿洲岛南湾镇的人群类型（游客、渔民、商人）有了自己单独的特定空间，在空间需求中又存在着各类人群的行为的共性与个性，并能带动周边区位的发展，也将被遗忘的风景点重新利用起来。

【Abstract】The site is located in Binshui District， Nanwan Town， Weizhou Island， Haicheng District， Beihai City， Guangxi Province. The location is centered on the fishing industry， the market and the waterfront， and the tourism industry on the island. The development of the local people's traffic volume has shown a growing trend with the development of tourism. The environment has also been affected to some extent by the expansion of demand. The scenic spots along the coast have gradually been forgotten by people.

The plan hopes to establish the center building of Nanwan Town， which integrates "terminal-commercial trading market-viewing center"， and combines sustainable building materials， and combines the functionality of materials with the demand for location and local climate. To create a waterfront building that is interactive with people.

By building public buildings that can interact with people's behaviors， the types of people （tourists， fishermen， and businessmen） in Nanwan Town of Weizhou Island have their own specific space， and there are various people in the space demand. The commonality and individuality of the behavior can drive the development of the surrounding location and reuse the forgotten scenic spots.

1. 市场调研

1.1 北海市涠洲岛南湾镇码头现状

南湾镇码头位于涠洲岛南部滨水区，该区位有发展丰富的渔业，人群密集的商业交易市场，以及一条能够欣赏到岛屿滨海风景的沿海线。随着岛屿旅游业的逐步发展，该区位的人流量也随着旅游业的发展呈现增长的趋势，环境也因为需求量的增长受到一定程度的影响。南湾镇码头这一带的风景点也因此慢慢被遗忘。

1.2 人们对南湾镇的需求分析

通过对场地的调研，对南湾镇活动的人的行为进行分类：渔业渔船停放散乱、集市摆放散乱、观景体验性差并思考涠洲岛的未来发展。……
