【摘 要】传统村落是该地区历史和文化的载体。它是“乡村振兴”的独特资源，具有高度的旅游文化和村庄复兴价值。近年来乡村旅游和休闲农业逐渐成为农村地区的新兴产业支柱，已经成为农民增收的重要来源之一。具备鲜明乡土特点和地域文化特色的文化旅游在开发建设中如何保护传统村落建筑，避免大规模扩张、低水平发展以及区域同质化现象的出现需要社会各界的共同关注。传统村落的文化资源承载着人类社会的文明，如何使地域文化与现代旅游的发展更好地融合，实现传统村落旅游业的可持续发展是当今社会亟待解决的问题。

Study on the Protection and Development of Linyi Traditional Villages from the Perspective of Cultural Tourism

【Abstract】Traditional villages are the carrier of history and culture in the region. It is a unique resource for "revitalization of the countryside" with a high degree of tourism culture and the value of village rejuvenation. In recent years， rural tourism and leisure agriculture have gradually become the pillars of emerging industries in rural areas， and have become one of the important sources of farmers' income. How to protect traditional village buildings in the development and construction of cultural tourism with distinctive local characteristics and regional cultural characteristics， avoiding large-scale expansion， low-level development and the emergence of regional homogenization requires the common concern of all sectors of society. The cultural resources of traditional villages carry the civilization of human society. How to better integrate regional culture with the development of modern tourism， and realize the sustainable development of traditional village tourism is an urgent problem to be solved in today's society.

1. 研究意義和目的

本文基于文化旅游视域下的传统村落保护与发展问题作为研究内容，以临沂市朱村传统村落保护于发展作为研究对象，从理论研究、现场调研、业态与功能分析等方面，从日常生活与文旅更新建设角度，剖析村落的具体功能空间、结构类型、居民生活模式。文中研究主要以朱村古建筑区与新建筑为基础，对更新项目进行解析。结合政府对朱村的规划的和朱村本身的旅游开发，对当地的地域进行研究，对朱村落民居调研收集有价值的元素，助力鲁南区域乡村振兴。

2. 朱村旅游发展现状

（1）朱村地处山东省临沭县曹庄镇，位于鲁东南苏鲁交界处。2014年11月入选首批山东省传统村落。该村现有清代300多个保存完好的房屋，占全村的总数的近40%。……
