摘  要：习近平法治思想为我国建设中国特色社会主义法治提出了务实性的指导方向，高校法学教育作为践行习近平法治思想的桥头堡，还肩负着培养中国特色社会主义法治接班人的重要使命。因此，高校法学教学理应在习近平法治思想指导下，深刻理解中国特色社会主义法治理念的同时改变教学方式，既要使学生获得专业法学知识、技能，又要培养学生解决问题、辨别是非的能力，同时更要培养学生具有社会主义核心价值观等正确的思想理念。

Abstract： Xi Jinping's thought have provided the pragmatic direction for building the socialism legal system with Chinese Characteristics. Colleges and universities， as the pioneer of carrying on Xi Jinping's legal thoughts， also shoulder the important mission of cultivating the qualified successors for the socialist undertaking with Chinese characteristic. Therefore， the law teaching in colleges and universities should under the guidance of Xi Jinping's legal thoughts. The colleges and universities should have a keen appreciation of it， meanwhile， change the teaching method. Colleges and universities should not only try to inculcate their ability to analyze and solve problems. The most important is to foster and practice the students with the core values of Chinese socialism.

一、習近平法治理念下法学本科教学改革背景

2011年教育部、中央政法委联合发布的《关于实施卓越法律人才教育培养计划的若干意见》中明确了高校法学院要培养“应用型”、“复合型”法律职业人才。2014年十八大以习近平总书记为核心的党中央提出全面推进中国特色社会主义法治体系的建立，在《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》中又提出法学教育要创新培养人才的机制，要培养“坚持中共特色社会主义法治体系的法人才”。2017年习近平总书记十九大报告中提出：“科学立法、严格执法、公正司法、全面守法……”[1]的十六字方针给立法、司法、执法、守法四个重要法治环节设置了具体、明确的改革任务。这一系列国家政策、方针的变化表明当下我国既需要实用型、复合型法律人才，又需要具有正确价值观良好道德品质的法律人才。
