摘  要：采用问卷调查法对丽水学院全日制在校大学生进行急救知识知晓现状、态度与需求调查分析。结果显示：大学生急救知识平均知晓率为59.5%，突发性公共事件急救知识知晓率最高，心肺复苏术知识知晓率最低。专业和健康状况影响大学生对急救知识与技能的需求态度，差异显著（P<0.05）。医学专业大学生对急救知识的普及意愿显著高于非医学专业大学生，健康状况越好的大学生学习急救知识与技能的意愿越积极。大学生需求最强烈的三项急救知识与技能分别是创伤急救、心肺复苏术、呼吸道梗塞急救，普及学习的时间具有多元性。高校应树立“大健康”理念，坚持问题导向与学生健康需求相结合，整合各类资源加强对大学生急救知识的普及，提高大学生急救知识普及程度，提升大学生健康素养。

Abstract： A questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the current situation， attitude and needs of full-time college students in Lishui University for first aid knowledge. The results showed that the average rate of knowledge of first aid was 59.5 % for college students， the highest rate of knowledge of sudden public emergency and the lowest rate of knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The professional and health status affects the attitude of college students to the need for first aid knowledge and skills， with significant differences（P<0.05）. Medical college students have a higher willingness to popularize first aid knowledge than non-medical college students. The more healthy they are， the more active they are in learning first aid knowledge and skills. The three first aid knowledge and skills that college students need most are trauma first aid， cardiopulmonary resuscitation， and respiratory infarction first aid. The time for universal learning is diverse and dispersed. Colleges and universities should establish the concept of 'great health'， adhere to the combination of problem orientation and students health needs， integrate various resources to strengthen the popularization and training of college students' first aid knowledge， improve the popularization of college students 'first aid knowledge， and improve college students' health literacy.

近年來，高校突发意外事件频发，严重威胁大学生的身心健康。相关研究表明[1-4]，当前大学生急救知识知晓率普遍较低，缺乏应急避险的能力。《普通高等学校健康教育指导纲要》把安全应急与避险列入高校健康教育的重要内容之一。帮助大学生掌握常见突发事件和伤害的应急处置方法，提高自救与互救能力，已成为当前高校大学生健康教育迫在眉睫的一项重要任务。[5]本研究旨在调查丽水学院大学生急救知识知晓现状、普及态度与需求，并提出针对性的建议，提高大学生急救知识与技能水平，为大学生健康教育的开展提供依据。……
