摘  要：毕业设计是高等学校本科教学课程体系的重要组成部分，其完成质量是衡量本科生专业水平的重要指标。新工科建设又对本科毕业设计提出了新的更高的要求。文章参照某大学电子信息工程专业近3年来本科毕业设计的统计数据，分析了本科毕业设计存在的主要问题，探讨了影响毕业设计质量的几个关键因素，并从新工科建设的角度给出了相应的改革对策。

Abstract： Graduation design is an important part of undergraduate teaching curriculum system in colleges and universities. The completion quality is an important index to measure the professional level of undergraduates. New engineering construction puts forward new and higher requirements for undergraduate graduation design. Based on the statistical data of the electronic information engineering major in a university in the past three years， this paper analyzes the main problems in the undergraduate graduation design， discusses several key factors affecting the quality of graduation design， and puts forward corresponding reform suggestions from the perspective of new engineering construction.

当前，世界范围内的科技革命和产业变革快速进行，综合国力的较量愈加激烈。国家实施创新驱动发展、“中国制造2025”、“互联网+”、“一带一路”等重大战略，以新技术、新业态、新产业为特点的新型经济蓬勃发展，这种新形势要求工程科技人才具备更高的创新创业能力和跨界整合能力。为推动工程教育改革创新，2017年2月教育部召开综合性高校工程教育發展战略研讨会。会上提出，我国高校要加快建设和发展新工科。新工科建设的主要目标是，主动布局、设置和建设服务国家战略、满足产业需求、面向未来发展的工程学科与专业，培养造就一批具有创新创业能力、跨界整合能力、高素质的各类交叉复合型卓越工程科技人才[1]。

本科毕业设计（论文）（以下简称毕业设计）是高等学校本科教学课程体系的重要组成部分，是学生本科学习最重要的综合性实践环节[2]。同时，毕业设计也是对本科生四年学习和实践的综合性考核，是反映高等教育本科教学质量的重要方面。……
