【摘 要】随着建筑工程项目的不断发展和人们生活水平的提高，对幕墙施工项目的重视程度也在不断加大。幕墙施工成本是建筑施工成本的重要组成部分之一，直接影响最终工程项目建设收益，所以，对幕墙工程施工成本进行有效控制是十分必要的。论文主要针对精细化管理在目前施工企业成本控制中的应用进行探讨。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of construction projects and the improvement of people's living standards， people's attention to curtain wall is also increasing. Curtain wall construction cost is one of the important components of construction cost， which directly affects the final income of the project construction. Therefore， it is very necessary to control the construction cost of curtain wall project effectively. This paper mainly discusses the application of fine management in the cost control of construction enterprises.

1 引言

幕墙施工企业属于传统行业，随着我国经济的不斷发展和市场环境的不断变化，幕墙施工项目也受到了极大的冲击，面临着一定的发展困境。因此，探究精细化管理在幕墙施工企业成本控制中的应用具有十分重要的意义。本文从上海江河幕墙系统工程有限公司的幕墙施工项目出发，指出了精细化管理在目前施工成本控制中的应用，希望能够有效控制施工成本，保证施工效益。

2 幕墙施工企业成本控制概述

幕墙施工企业成本控制指的是保证成本在预算估计的范围之内，并根据估算结果对实际成本进行检测，标记可能出现的偏差以及实际已经发生的偏差，从而为调整工程进展和工程方案提供数据参考，保证企业的经济效益。幕墙施工工程造价预算工作是企业成本控制的关键环节，在进行工程实地调研时，需要综合考虑整体环境情况，避免其他因素对预算工作和造价核算造成的干扰。幕墙工程的造……
