【摘 要】随着互联网技术的不断发展，企业管理内容和管理形式也得到了极大改变与提升，“互联网+”产业的兴起，对新时期企业战略管理机制产生了深远的影响。依赖现有的网络平台，“互联网+”融合多种行业的特征，为企业发展与决策提供更具有针对性的数据，有利于企业持续稳定的发展。论文主要针对“互联网+”背景下企业战略管理的创新路径进行分析，希望能够全面提升企业内部管理质量和管理水平，促进企业可持续发展。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of internet technology， the content and management form of enterprise management has also been greatly changed and promoted. The rise of the "internet +" industry has a profound impact on the strategic management mechanism of enterprises in the new era. Relying on the existing network platform， "internet +" integrates the characteristics of various industries， which can provide more targeted data for enterprise development and decision-making， and it is conducive to the sustained and stable development of enterprises. This paper mainly analyzes the innovation path of enterprise strategic management under the background of "internet +"， hoping to comprehensively enhance the quality and management level of enterprise internal management， and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.

1 引言

2015年我国政府工作报告首次提出“互联网+”这一新型的概念，在当前信息时代的发展背景之下，我国企业传统的管理方法和管理内容得到极大的改变，很多新型互联网企业如雨后春笋般发展起来。在这种背景下，企业传统的生产经营模式和管理形式受到了现代化管理理念的冲击，为了保证企业能够在新时代的浪潮之下持续稳定发展，必须要及时调整企业内部的管理体系，使企业能够适应时代发展需要，提高企业内部的核心竞争力，加快企业管理模式的转变，使得企业能够在互联网经济时代获得良好的发展。

2 “互联网+”背景下开展企业战略管理创新的重要性

随着科学技术的不断发展尤其是各种新兴衍生信息技术产物的发展，我国传统的企业发展模式和融合模式发生了翻天覆地的变化，云计算、物联网以及大数据等新型概念的提出，不仅影响了企业的生产经營模式，也极大地改变了企业产品的服务形式。……
