【摘要】 目的：研究在胸腰椎骨折手术中应用无缝隙护理配合工作模式的实践作用。方法：将88例予以胸腰椎骨折手术的患者随机分为对照组和研究组，每组44例。对照组实施常规的手术室护理配合，研究组在常规护理基础上应用无缝隙护理配合工作模式，比较两组护理前后心理状态及手术前后应激指标，并对比患者护理满意度。结果：护理前两组HAMA、HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），护理后两组评分均降低，且研究组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;术前两组血清肾上腺素、皮质醇水平差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），术后两组指标均提高，但研究组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组护理满意率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在胸腰椎骨折手术室应用无缝隙护理配合工作模式更利于改善患者的负性情绪、减轻应激反应，并可提高护理满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the practical role of seamless nursing cooperation mode in thoracolumbar fracture operating room.Method：A total of 88 patients who underwent thoracolumbar fracture operation were randomly divided into control group and study group，with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing cooperation in the operating room，while the study group was given seamless nursing cooperation mode on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological state before and after nursing and the stress index before and after operation were compared between the two groups，and the nursing satisfaction of patients was compared.Result：There was no significant difference in HAMA，HAMD score between the two groups before nursing，but decreased in both groups after nursing，and the study group was lower than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in serum epinephrine and cortisol levels between the two groups before operation（P>0.05），the indexes of the two groups were improved after operation，but the indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of seamless nursing cooperation mode in the operating room of thoracolumbar fracture is more conducive to improving patients negative emotions，alleviating stress reaction and improving nursing satisfaction.

隨着现代医学服务模式的发展，对护理服务质量和患者满意度的提升提出了更高的要求[1]。手术室涉及的科室业务多、专科技术性强、对无菌操作的要求高，其护理配合质量直接关系手术成功与否，因此如何保证手术室护理质量是手术室全体医务人员的关注重点[2-3]。无缝隙护理是指以患者的需求为导向，对患者实施全方位、无缝隙的护理服务，保证护理过程的完整性和安全性，以促进患者的康复[4]。本研究中将分析无缝隙护理配合工作模式应用于胸腰椎骨折手术中的实践作用，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

自笔者所在医院2018年2月-2019年2月实施手术的患者中选取胸腰椎骨折患者88例。纳入标准：符合《骨科疾病诊断标准》中胸腰椎骨折的诊断[5];具有手术治疗指征;意识清醒。排……
