【摘要】 目的：探析中醫手法复位与手术治疗三踝骨折的临床效果。方法：选取笔者所在医院2017年10月-2018年10月收治的三踝骨折患者80例，通过随机数字表法将80例患者分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组单纯选用手术方法治疗，观察组给予中医手法复位治疗。分别比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后踝关节功能评分情况。结果：观察组临床总有效（95.00%）高于对照组（72.50%），差异有统计学意义（字2=7.189，P=0.007）;治疗前两组踝关节功能评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后两组踝关节功能评分均提高，且观察组高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组并发症发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：中医手法复位比手术治疗三踝骨折的临床效果更好，踝关节功能恢复好，且安全可靠，是治疗三踝骨折的理想方法。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyse of the clinical effect of trimalleolar fracture on manipulative reduction and surgical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Method：Eighty patients with trimalleolar fracture admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected，80 patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method，with 40 cases each group.The control group was treated with operation alone，while the observation group was treated with manipulative reduction of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy，ankle function score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result：The total clinical efficacy of the observation group（95.00%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（72.50%），the difference was statistically significant（字2=7.189，P=0.007）.Before treatment，there was no difference in ankle function score between the two groups（P>0.05），after treatment，the ankle function score of the two groups was significantly improved，and the ankle function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the observation group and the control group（P>0.05）.Conclusion：Manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine is better than surgical treatment for trimalleolar fracture in clinical efficacy，recovery of ankle function is good，safe and reliable.It is an ideal method for the treatment of trimalleolar fracture。

三踝骨折是指由高处坠落、踝部承受压缩，旋转及收展暴力所造成。临床上表现为踝部剧烈疼痛、畸形、肿胀和皮下淤血等症状[1]。骨折类型也比较多样，是踝关节损伤中最严重的类型之一，严重者可合并脱位和下胫腓韧带断裂，其发生率占踝关节骨折的14%～44%，如踝关节骨折未能达到解剖复位，下胫腓联合不稳定，对患者日后的生活及工作影响极大[2]。现如今，关于三踝骨折的治疗方法主要有中医手法复位和手术治疗，在手术治疗三踝骨折时，可恢复踝关节功能，但是关节恢复功能的速度往往不甚理想。随着医疗技术的不断创新，中医手法复位已广泛应用于临床诊断，并逐步在踝关节骨折中极为常见[3-4]。基于……
