【摘 要】论文以构建产学研一体化生物技术类人才培养模式的意义为切入点，展开具体分析，并以此为依据，提出以产学研为基础制定生物专业人才培养目标、完善产学研一体化生物技术类人才培养模式制度内容、将生产实践与毕业论文设计内容进行结合等几方面重要策略。论文全面结合农业院校与生物领域企业的发展目标，以产学研为平台全面分析生物技术类人才培养模式，为今后培养创新型人才创造条件。

【Abstract】This paper takes the significance of constructing the training mode of integrated biotechnology talents of industry-university-research as the starting point， and carries out specific analysis. On the basis of this， this paper puts forward several important strategies， such as setting the training target of biological talents on the basis of industry-university-research， perfecting the training mode and system content of integrated industry-university-research biotechnology talents， and combining production practice with the content of graduation thesis design. This paper comprehensively combines the development goals of agricultural universities and enterprises in the field of biology， and comprehensively analyzes the training mode of biotechnology talents on the platform of industry-university-research， so as to create conditions for cultivating innovative talents in the future.

1 引言

目前，我国高新科技产业技术水平不断提升，我国生物专业技术在科技建设过程中广泛运用。本文从构建产学研一体化生物技术类人才培养模式的意义入手，展开阐述，针对如何运用产学研为平台分析生物技术类人才培养模式内容展开深入探讨。学校通过不断完善教学方案，调整教学方案，引导学生将理论知识与生物实验进行结合，在与企业进行合作的过程中为社会提供更加完善的服务。

2 构建产学研一体化生物技术类人才培养模式的意义

2.1 生物技术专业发展的具体要求

产学研一体化，是现阶段生物技术产业发展过程中一种新型的人才培养模式。生物技术专业人才培养的主要目标，就是为生物研究、生产领域做好人才储备，培养大量综合能力强的应用型人才。生物技术专业人员要具备较高的综合素养、实践操作能力等，在学习和工作中可以运用先进的科学技术和新型工作理念进行工作。……
