〔摘要〕我国高校图书馆经过长期发展，在图书馆人才队伍建设中存在“量”配置不平衡和“质”发展不充分两个方面激烈矛盾，“量”的不平衡问题表现在人力资源规划与配置不平衡、人力资源投入与保障不均衡；“质”的不充分问题表现在岗位培训与开发不充分、组织考核体系与激励机制不健全。本文聚焦高校图书馆人力资源建设矛盾根源，运用科学高效的人力资源管理科学理论，结合国内外优势实践经验，探索新时期我国高校图书馆人力资源管理路径，为新时代高校图书馆的服务转型与创新发展提供强有力的人才保障和智力支撑。

Research on the Path of Human Resource Management of

University Library under the New ContradictionShen Yang

〔Abstract〕Library in universities through long-term development，existing in the talent team construction in the library configuration imbalance“quantity”and the“quality”insufficient development two aspects of contradiction，“quantity”unbalanced performance in human resource planning and allocation imbalance，human resource investment and guarantee imbalance；The insufficient problem of“quality”is manifested in the inadequate training and development of the post，the imperfect organizational assessment system and incentive mechanism.This paper focused on the construction of human resources in university library conflict root，on the basis of the theory of scientific and effective human resources management science，combined with domestic and foreign experience advantage，to explore a path of university library human resources management in new period，for a new era of university library service transformation and innovation and development to provide strong talent guarantee and intellectual support.
