摘 要 完善康养行业人才培养体系，为康养行业输入优质人才资源，是积极响应《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》的重要发力点。当前高等院校在为康养行业培养合格优质人才方面，已经做了诸多探索和努力，但整体而言，我国康养行业高校人才培养体系存在诸多问题，亟需明确康养行业人才培养体系的内涵，提升康养行业高校人才培养规格与层次。

Abstract Improving the talent cultivation system in the public health industry and inputting high-quality talent resources for the public health industry is an important force to actively respond to the "Healthy China 2030 Outline". At present， colleges and universities have made many explorations and efforts in cultivating qualified and high-quality talents for the public health industry. However， there are many problems in the talent training system of colleges and universities in China's health care industry. It is urgent to clarify the connotation of talent cultivation system of the public health industry， improve the training standards and levels of colleges and universities in the public health industry.

自“健康中国2030”战略和“积极应对人口老龄化”行动提出以来，康养行业存在的人才短缺、质量不高、能力不强等现实问题广受关注。高等院校和大学教育作为康养行业人才培养体系的重要主体和重要一环，为市场提供优质人力资源等方面起到重要作用。康养产业人才培养体系是指基于当前、着眼未来，以健康意识、预防意识、生命周期纵贯为导向的，对全体社会成员进行病情诊疗和健康规划的新型制造和服务专业的知识体系。但长期以来，相关人才培养集中于传统医药医疗方面，而对健康管理及养护结合等积极健康、主动干预领域关注不足。本文广泛调研了国内五十余所包括高职高专在内的典型高等学校相关专业培养方案、课程体系、知识技能要求等文本资料，从健康管理、养老服务、文化运动康体、医药医疗及其制造技术等四个康养行业人才培养的主要领域，分析当前康养行业在我国高校人才培养体系中的现状、总结其出现的问题，并以此为基础探究合理化对策。……
