摘 要 专科生教育的宗旨是培养具有基本专业理论知识和熟练操作技能的适应第一线工作的应用型、技术型人才。目前，高校仍然存在师生比不足和教学资源分散浪费的现象，尤其体现在优势和热门专业上。“互联网+”技术的迅猛发展，深刻影响着社会经济和结构的改变，“互联网+教育”是我国教育领域尤其是普通高等教育和高等职业教育发展的必然趋势。从专科生教育教学实际情况出发，提出了基于“互联网+”突出专科生应用能力的教学模式改进措施。

Abstract The purpose of college education is to cultivate applied and technical talents who have basic professional theoretical knowledge and skilled operating skills to adapt to the first line of work. At present， there still exists the phenomenon of insufficient teacher-student ratio and scattered and wasteful teaching resources in colleges and universities， especially in the advantages and hot majors. The rapid development of "Internet +" technology is deeply affecting the social economy and structural changes. "Internet + education" is an inevitable trend in the development of education in China， especially in general higher education and higher vocational education. Based on the actual situation of college students education and teaching， this paper puts forward the measures to improve the teaching model based on "Internet +" to highlight the application ability of college students.

1 “互聯网+”时代的发展下专科生教学模式研究的意义

随着经济社会不断向信息化、现代化转型，依托互联网、计算机等高科技发展的各种新型产业应运而生，其缓解或解决了各行各业存在的诸多难题，给经济社会发展带来空前的规模和速度。2011 年教育部关于印发《教育信息化十年发展规划》的通知就提出，以教育信息化带动教育现代化，是我国教育事业发展的战略选择，这些都离不开互联网信息技术的支配。2015 年 7 月 1 日，《国务院关于积极推进“互联网+”行动的指导意见》中在行动要求方面提出了总体思路、基本原则和发展目标；在重点行动方面强调了“互联网+”的创业创新、协同制造、益民服务和人工智能等；在保障支撑方面强调了夯实发展基础、强化创新驱动、营造宽松环境推动数据资源开放等。计算机网络本身就是信息的载体和传送工具，教育领域也跟进互联网时代的步伐，不断推出网络学习产品，如远程教育、慕课、大学网络课程、网络虚拟实验室等相继出现。……
