摘 要 党建工作是高校教育管理工作中的重要组成部分，在弘扬科学精神、普及科学知识以及思想道德建设方面发挥着关键作用。通过高校研究生、本科生党建联动管理模式的探索和实践，丰富研究生和本科生党员培养锻炼形式和渠道，形成实践和文化教育新体系，有助于加强基层党组织的覆盖面和凝聚力，实现研究生和本科生党员管理的优势互补、有益结合，达到将思想政治和专业教育相结合、增强了学生党建工作实效的目的。

Abstract Party building work is an important part of the education management of colleges and universities， and plays a key role in promoting the scientific spirit， popularizing scientific knowledge and building ideological and moral. Through the exploration and practice of the post-graduate and undergraduate party-building linkage management model， enrich the forms and channels for postgraduate and undergraduate party members to develop training and form a new system of practice and cultural education， which will help strengthen the coverage and cohesiveness of grassroots party organizations and achieve graduate students and The advantages of undergraduate party members' management are complementary and beneficial， which combines ideological and political education with professional education and enhances the effectiveness of student party construction work.

1 研究生、本科生党建工作的重要性

习近平总书记在党的十九大会议中指出，人才资源是第一资源，也是创新活动中最为活跃、最为积极的因素。高校作为教育结构中最高层次的教育，承担着培养全面发展、德才兼备的拔尖创新人才的重要任务。党的基层组织是确保党的路线方针政策和决策部署贯彻落实的基础，学生党支部肩负着教育、管理、监督学生党员，以及组织、宣传、凝聚和服务群众的重要职责，在弘扬科学精神、普及科学知识以及思想道德建设方面发挥着关键作用。党建工作是高校教育管理中的重要组成部分，研究生和本科生教育都应高度重视党建工作创新，加强和改进高校研究生、本科生党建工作和管理模式，提升组织力，扩大覆盖面，突出基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用是新的时代背景下培养时代新人的必然要求。……
