摘 要 大数据时代，人们的网上行为难免会留下电子数据的蛛丝马迹。微信的大量普及则为大数据技术时代下监督党员领导干部的行为插上了科技的翅膀，微信特有的优势能够提升对党员领导干部的监督效果，充分发挥微信在监督中的优势，必须直面当前影响大数据条件下微信监督的有利条件和现实困境，探寻完善和提升微信时代下对党员领导干部监督的路径。

Abstract In the era of big data， people's online behavior will inevitably leave behind the clues of electronic data. The popularity of WeChat has inserted the wings of technology for supervising party members and leading cadres in the era of big data technology. The unique advantages of WeChat can enhance the supervision effect on party members and leading cadres， and give full play to the advantages of WeChat in supervision. It affects the favorable conditions and realistic dilemmas of WeChat supervision under the conditions of big data， and explores ways to improve and enhance the supervision of party members and leading cadres under the WeChat era.

2014年11月习近平在福建调研时强调，“对党员干部特别是领导干部的管理和监督、对党内政治生活的管理和监督在标准上严格起来，在内容上系统起来，在措施上完善起来，在环节上衔接起来，做到不漏人、不缺項、不掉链，使存在的问题能及时发现，发现的问题能及时解决，解决一个问题能举一反三、触类旁通。”当前，我们已进入网络互联时代，微信成为了网络社交的新平台，在大众中普遍推广运用，大量数据的生成，使微信成为一种新兴的网络监督平台。我们要全面深入正确地认识悄然兴起的微信监督，促使其成为我国监督工作的重要手段和监督体系建设的组成部分。

1 微信的普及为党员监督带来新的机遇

随着微信的大量运用，微信监督的现实性和可操作性正在信息时代日益凸显，而随之而来的微信腐败、违纪问题等也日益高发，尤其是党员领导干部，代表着党和政府的形象，有着不可忽视的公众影响力，尤其是近年来党员领导干部因为微信违纪曝光等问题层出不群。……
