摘 要 随着“互联网+教育”时代的来临，传统学习模式发生改变，线上线下混合学习模式被普遍应用，利用在线学习支持平台支持混合学习模式已经越来越广泛。以宁夏师范学院现代教育技术公共课程为例，设计并搭建现代教育技术公共课在线学习平台，支撑该课程线上线下的混合学习模式，弥补课程内容丰富而课时少的不足，进一步优化教学效果。

Abstract With the advent of the Internet + education， making the tra-

ditional learning mode change， online hybrid learning model is widely

used， the use of online learning support platform to support learning mode has been more and more widely. Taking Ningxia Normal Uni-versity common required course Modern Education Technology as

an example， design and build the common course Modern Educa-tion Technology online learning platform， support online and offline hybrid learning mode for learning this course， make up for the defi-ciency of the rich course content and lessen course time， further opti-

mize the teaching effect.

1 引言

進入21世纪信息化教育时代，随着信息技术的飞速发展和在线通信技术、多媒体技术的广泛应用，人们的生活和学习方式也发生很大改变，同时给教育带来很大冲击。传统的教学模式已经无法满足学生对于学习个性化和在线性的需求，通过在线进行教学活动的新型教学模式也就应运而生。在线教学模式的兴起打破了传统的教学模式，越来越多的高校教师选择线上线下混合教学模式，越来越多的学生也乐于选择和接受线上线下混合学习等模式。

在线学习的关键是能够创设在线虚拟学习环境，从而促进学生主动学习以及帮助教师实现有效管理，其中学生的“学”和教师的“教”都离不开在线学习系统的支持。目前，很多地方高校还没有建立统一的课程数据库平台，对在线学习支持系统的课程建设研究和实践较少，还需要进一步探索。

研究内容 现代教育技术是一门交叉学科，在师范类院校，其知识内容常常作为师范生的教师教育通识课开设。……
