摘 要 针对光端通信装备综合实习教学实践性强、装备仪表多等特点，在深入研究任务驱动教学法的理论基础上，将其引入该课程。从任务准备、任务环和任务考核三个环节，探讨任务驱动教学法的具体实施与应用。实践表明，任务驱动教学法能够有效地调动学员的学习兴趣，培养学员的创新意识和团结协作精神，为士官学员胜任部队光端岗位工作奠定坚实基础。

Abstract In view of the characteristics of the optical communication

equipment course， the task driven teaching method was studied in-tensively and introduced in the course. The specific implementation and application of the task driven teaching method was studied from task preparation， task circle and task assessment in this paper. It was shown that the task driven teaching method can arouse students in-

terests and cultivate students innovative consciousness & team spirit

effectively， which laid a solid foundation for students to sergeant.

1 前言

习近平主席在国防科技大学视察时指出，军队院校“要坚持面向战场、面向部队，围绕实战搞教学、着眼打赢育人才，使培养的学员符合部队建设和未来战争的需要”[1]。为贯彻落实这一重要指示，军队院校必须大力提升教学训练的实战化水平[1]。目前，针对光端通信装备综合实习这门课程采用的教学方法，以基于单装设备、单一仪表的逐级教学为主，突出问题是学员对知识整合存在壁垒，无法有效打通上岗前的“一公里”。为了使光通信装备教学紧贴部队训练及作战需求，将任务驱动教学法引入光端通信装备综合实习教学中，为光纤通信专业士官学员岗位任职能力的形成奠定基础。

2 任务驱动教学法在光端通信装备实习教学中的应用研究
