[摘要]20世纪90年代教育信息化的概念开始出现在我国的各种正式文件中，2015年7月4日，国务院印发《国务院关于积极推进“互联网+”行动的指导意见》，正式提出“互联网+教育”。以《网络营销基础与实践》课程为例，从理论和实践的角度探索微信公众平台与传统课堂整合的方式，分析以微信公众平台为技术基础的混合式教学方法对学校学习的效果，提出以微信公众平台为技术基础的混合式教学的应用思路，旨在改变学生学习现状，提高学生的学习主动性和积极性，改善教学效果，增强学生对专业知识的理解和实际应用能力，为未来更多课程深入开展注重全方位素质教育提供经验，为进一步推进我国教育信息化的融合创新作出贡献。

Research on micro course design and development based on We Chat public platform

——Take the curriculum of Network Marketing for example

Abstract： The concept of educational informatization began to appear in various official documents in China in the 1990s. On July 4， 2015， the State Council issued the “Guidelines for the State Council to Actively Promote Internet + Action”， which formally proposed “Internet + Education”. Taking the course of “the foundation and practice of network marketing” as an example， from the perspective of theory and practice， this paper explores the ways of integrating the public platform and the traditional classroom， analyzes the study of the effect of the mixed teaching method based on the public platform， and puts forward the idea of applying the mixed teaching based on the public platform of the public platform. The aim is to change the status quo of students learning， improve students learning initiative and enthusiasm， improve the teaching effect， enhance students understanding and practical application of professional knowledge， and provide experience for further development of all-round quality-oriented education in future courses， and contribute to the integration innovation of education informatization in China.
