[摘要]通道畅通是货物运输业发展的前提。黑龙江省应通过准确定位对外贸易口岸功能、合理规划国际货运通道节点及货运通道线路布局、构建海陆空联运的国际货运大通道、建立现代化的边境口岸物流体系等措施，进一步优化国际货运通道，扩大对外贸易规模，支持“一带一路”中蒙俄经济走廊建设。

Research on Optimizing the Path of International Freight Transport Channel

in Heilongjiang Province

Abstract： The smooth flow of channels is a prerequisite for the development of the cargo transportation industry. Heilongjiang Province should further optimize the international freight transportation channel by accurately positioning the functions of foreign trade ports， rationally planning the layout of international freight passage nodes and freight passages， constructing international freight transport routes for sea， land and air transport， and establishing a modern border port logistics system. We will expand the scale of foreign trade and support the construction of the China-Russia Economic Corridor of the “Belt and Road”.

黑龙江省位于中国东北部，西北部连接内蒙古自治区，西南部与吉林省接壤，东部和北部以乌苏里江、黑龙江为界河与俄罗斯接壤，且与朝鲜、日本和韩国隔海相望。作为东北亚地区各国货物贸易的主要“枢纽站”，黑龙江省国际货运通道直接对接俄罗斯远东地区，进而延伸到日本、韩国、朝鲜及欧洲地区，也是日本、韩国、朝鲜和东南亚各国货物陆路通往俄罗斯和欧洲地区的重要连接点和主要通道之一。实施“一带一路”倡议和建设“中蒙俄经济走廊”的前提是国际货运通道的互联互通，黑龙江省作为“中蒙俄经济走廊”起点和“一带一路”东线的重要成员，应合理地规划国际货运通道总体布局、优化货运通道运输网络、提高货运通道的通行能力，推进“一带一路”建设，扩大对外贸易规模，拓展贸易伙伴地域，带动黑龙江省整体经济发展。……
