摘 要 以四川交通职业技术学院汽车专业为例，阐述其以高职汽车检测与维修类专业学生技能大赛为基础，在组织师生深度参与校级、省级、国家级、世界级四级技能大赛过程中，在学生培养、教师成长、团队建设、机制建设等方面的收获与体会。

Abstract This paper mainly takes the automobile major of Sichuan Communication Vocational and Technical College as an example， and bases on the students' skill competition of major in automobile inspection and maintenance. It elaborates the harvest and experience of student training， teacher growth， team building and mechanism construction in the course of deeply participating competition of the college level， the provincial level， the national level， the world level.

1 前言

近年來，国家及各级教育主管部门均很重视职业院校人才培养，高等职业教育在其快速发展的近15年左右，为社会培养了一大批技术技能型人才，在各个岗位上涌现出一大批从职业院校成长起来的能工巧匠。学生技能大赛已经成为职业院校技术技能型人才选拔平台和教育教学改革成果展示窗口。学生技能大赛为职业院校实践教学水平提高、双师型教师队伍建设、学生综合素质提升、教学改革等方面均起到有力的推动作用。在“以赛促教、以赛促学”的大赛模式下，紧密结合高职汽车检测与维修类专业人才培养目标和岗位能力需求，构建高职汽车检测与维修类专业学生的校级、省级、国家级、世界级四级技能大赛体系，就显得尤为重要。

2 现状与问题

目前，在职业院校各个专业学生技能大赛组织与管理工作存在一些薄弱环节，有待提高与改进。

重视个别培养，忽视全员训练[1] 指导教师、院校领导、大赛主管部门只注重“奥运冠军”的培养，不注重“全民健身”的普及，即只重视参加全国、全省、全市技能大赛的个别竞赛专业户的强化训练，而忽视了全校所有学生整体技能水平的提升。……
