摘 要 构建应用型人才培养体系是各个高校响应教育部号召，寻求自身发展的必然趋势，如何科学合理地构建适应社会需求的应用型人才培养体系，从哪些方面，通过何种方式、视角和途径来构建，基于不同的地方和培养目标，有不同的阐述。对三亚学院如何构建适合自身发展和特色的应用型人才培养体系进行阐述，提出一些具有实际意义的方式方法和观点，以供参考和借鉴。

Abstract The construction of applied personnel training system is the inevitable trend of all colleges and universities to respond to the call of the Ministry of education to seek their own development. How

to build a scientific and reasonable application-oriented talent trai-ning system that adapts to the needs of the society， from what kind of

ways and perspectives and ways to build it， based on different places

and training objectives， and there are different elaboration about them.

This article elaborates how Sanya College can construct an applica-

tion-oriented personnel training system that suits its own develop-ment and characteristics， and also puts forward some practical me-thods and opinions for reference.

1 前言

三亞学院作为地方高校，明确定位自己是为服务地方社会和经济发展的应用型高校。这就需要学校在制定人才培养体系时体现出应用型人才培养的目标和课程地图，需要校内各个专业紧密结合地方需求和社会需要培养更加接地气的地方需要的应用型人才，这也非常吻合学校建校初所提出的“学生走进校园的目的是为了更好地走向社会”的校训。为此，三亚学院将进一步凝练办学理念和办学特色，进一步优化人才培养方案，进一步增强社会服务和产业服务能力，进一步推动建立产教融合，促进协同机制和教育改革创新。最终希望培养的每届毕业生都具备学得到、带得走、用得上的知识和技能，实现学校和社会的无缝对接。

2 本科应用型人才培养方案修订要求

各专业人才培养方案的修订要从原则出发，具体内容参见表1。
