摘要： 产教融合是当前高校教育体制改革的主要趋势，在地方普通本科高校向应用型转型的过程中，推广产教融合和校企合作是必由之路。金融服务业与国民生活息息相关，也是国民经济中很重要的组成部分。高校经济类专业的人才培养应该从金融服务行业的视角出发，力求满足该行业对高校人才不同层次的需求维度，从课程体系、教学资源和教学平台等方面着手，探索出新型产教融合模式。

Abstract： The integration of production and education is the main trend of the current reform of the education system in colleges and universities. In the process of transition from local universities to applied ones， the promotion of integration between production and education and school-enterprise cooperation is the only way. The financial services industry is essential for a general public as well as national economy. The cultivation of talents for economic majors in universities should be based on the perspective of the financial services industry， and strive to meet the industry's needs for different levels of talents in colleges and universities. From the aspects of curriculum system， teaching resources and teaching platforms， we should explore new models of integration of production and education.

0 引言

近年来，我国经济结构发生调整，受到市场开放和全球化潮流的影响，国内金融市场趋于多元化，各类金融机构应运而生。新兴金融机构冲击着传统老牌机构的业务和市场规模，两者相较的结果是，金融服务行业对从业人员的专业素养提出了更高的要求。对于高校来说，适应这种变革，就意味着要培养出一批专业更精、技能更强的应届毕业生。与此同时，产教融合、校企合作成为近几年高校改革的明确趋势。从本质上来看，向应用型高校转移满足了当前用人市场对毕业生的要求，二者之间良性互动，最终目的是培养更符合行业要求的高校人才。

1 产教融合的现有模式

“十三五”计划把高等教育改革的核心放在普通本科高校的转型上。《关于引导部分地方普通本科高校向应用型转变的指导意见》中明确指出要“深化产业融合，建立产业融合、协同育人的人才培养模式，推动应用型高校把办学思路真正转到产教融合、校企合作上来”。……
