摘 要 高职教育无论从院校数量上还是在学生人数上都已经占据了我国高等教育的半壁江山。高职教育的办学定位和高职生的特点都客观反映出高职院校职业生涯规划教育的重要程度，而课程建设是职业生涯规划教育的基础和重点。本文首先对高职院校职业生涯规划课程进行了描述，继而提出高职院校开展职业生涯规划课程建设的必要性，最后就高职院校的职业生涯规划课程建设提出了有针对性的建议。

Research on Career Planning Course Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract Higher vocational education has occupied half of the countrys higher education， no matter the number of institutions or the number of students. The positioning of higher vocational education and the characteristics of higher vocational students all objectively reflect the importance of professional career planning education in higher vocational colleges， and curriculum construction is the foundation and focus of career planning education. This article first describes vocational career planning courses in higher vocational colleges， and then puts forward the necessity of professional career planning courses construction in higher vocational colleges. Finally， it puts forward specific suggestions for vocational career planning courses construction.

由于高校擴招、经济下行、新科技新技术等各种复杂原因，导致我国高职生的就业形势越来越严峻，传统的就业指导和服务工作已经不能很好地为高职生解决就业及职业发展等问题。对于高职生来说，在大学期间做好个人职业生涯规划，主动提高自身素质，在择业时具有核心竞争力才是解决就业问题的根本途径。

1 高职院校职业生涯规划课程概述

课程是现代教学活动中最为常用的一种手段，也是快速提升学生知识水平的最佳手段，能在相对短的时间内通过一系列的教学资料，借助有资质的授课老师，快速实现一定的教学目标，并获得良好效果。课程设置往往是针对某类课程的设计与安排，是对各专业教学科目、教学活动、教学情境及其进程和校园教育情境的规划设计、组织实施、监控协调的过程。

高职院校职业生涯规划课程是指贯穿于高职生在校期间，使学生在授课教师的指导下，能在自我剖析的基础上进行科学的自我定位，设定自己的职业生涯发展目标和发展规划，并在此基础之上，采取各种行动去达成职业生涯目标的一门系统性课程。……
