【摘 要】近几年，在国家的高度重视下，我国的职业教育蓬勃发展。大量专业技术人员的输出为国民经济的发展输入了新鲜血液。职业教育不仅仅是对学生职业技能的培养，更重要的是对地区产业、企业文化的传播，对爱岗敬业的职业素养、社会责任感等方面的教育。如何加强企业文化教育，培养学生职业素养，这将贯穿职业教育的全过程。

Strengthen Enterprise Culture Education and Cultivate Students Professional Quality

【Abstract】In recent years， with the countrys high attention， vocational education in our country has developed vigorously. The output of a large number of professional and technical personnel has input fresh blood for the development of the national economy. Vocational education is not only about cultivating students professional skills， but more importantly， it is the dissemination of regional industries and corporate culture， and education about the professionalism and social responsibilities of loving people. How to strengthen corporate culture and education and cultivate students professional qualities will run through the whole process of vocational education.

在企業给职业学校毕业生的评价中，企业的满意度在逐年下降，主要表现在两个方面：第一是对企业文化的认知；第二是对企业规章制度的遵守。从校园刚走出来的学生在成为企业员工的过程中有着诸多的不适应，他们不是缺少知识和技能，而是缺少对产业、企业文化的认同以及对企业的标准与要求的适应，例如安全、质量意识、时间观念、人际关系、以及生产成本等等，表现为职业意识模糊，离职率高，不能客观地认识自己，缺乏诚信与守纪。企业需要花费大量的成本来进行岗前培训。为了学校和企业能达到双赢，职业学校的学生应当加强企业文化的教育，从而提高学生的职业素养。

1 确定学生职业素养的内涵

当前职业院校倡导的教书育人、管理育人、服务育人、环境育人等，其内涵就是文化育人。创设良好的校园文化，是培养高素质人才的关键。职业学校的校园文化也要融入职业素养的内容。第一，要根据地区产业经济结构，确定职业素养的内容，特别是各种产业的特定素养。……
