摘 要 作为一名组工党员，在高校从事组织工作和党建工作，要想营造良好的工作氛围，就必须要深入挖掘和激发自身内在的潜能，不断修炼自身的个人品质和综合素养，以便于承担起高标准、严要求的工作重任。笔者认为，本文中提到的若干素养，最终能够决定组工党员的工作态度、工作格局和工作成效，甚至可以说能够影响到整个工作团队的发展状况也不为过。同时这也对研究高校组工党员如何培养和提升自身工作素质有着重要意义。

On Several Literati Should Be Practiced by the

Workers and Staff Members in Colleges and Universities

Abstract As a group of members of the Party， engaged in organizational work and party building work in colleges and universities， in order to create a good working atmosphere， we must dig and stimulate their own inherent potential， and constantly cultivate their own personal qualities and overall quality， in order to take on high standards and strict requirements of the heavy task. The author believes that the quality of some of the literatures mentioned in this article can ultimately determine the working attitude， work pattern and work performance of the group members. It can be said that it can even affect the development of the entire work team. At the same time， it is also of great significance to the study of how to cultivate and enhance the quality of work in the college group.

作为一名组工党员，在高校从事组织工作和党建工作，绝大多数情况下面对的都是受过高等教育的教职工和学生群体，他们普遍对党的理论和政策了解较多、体会较深，自然会对组工人员的素质和能力提出更高要求，这也是高校组工人员面对的工作特殊性之一。此外，高校组工党员作为基层党建工作上传下达的桥梁，对执行、传达上级部门工作任务布置和及时总结、反馈下级单位工作情况，起着承上启下的重要推动作用。这些工作内涵，无时无刻都在考验着每一名组工党员的个人综合素质。因此，要想做好本职工作，营造良好的组织工作和党建工作氛围，就必须要深入挖掘和激发自身内在的潜能，不断修炼自身的个人品质和综合素养，以便于承担起高标准、严要求的工作重任。笔者认为，以下这些素养，最终能够决定组工党员的工作态度、工作格局和工作成效，甚至可以说能够影响到整个工作团队的发展状况也不为过。……
