摘 要 大学生是民族复兴的希望，也是推动社会进步的力量。但是目前部分大学生缺乏社会责任感，究其原因主要有家庭教育的影響、学校教育管理的缺失和经济社会发展带来的负面影响。学校与社会应当重视这个问题，通过参与志愿服务活动、榜样典型示范教育、传统文化引导教育等途径培养大学生的社会责任感。

A New Way to Cultivate the Social Responsibility of College Students

Abstract College students are the hope of national renewal. It is also the force that drives social progress. At present， some college students lack social responsibility. It mainly includes the influence of family education； school education management is missing， and the negative effects of economic and social development. Schools and society should pay attention to this problem. By taking part in volunteer service activities， example model education， traditional culture guide education， etc.， to cultivate college students' social responsibility.

1 加强新时代大学生社会责任感培养的必要性

大学生的社会责任感是指大学生在生活实践中应为促进社会和谐发展而承担的职责的理性自觉。从责任心的心理结构角度来讲，大学生社会责任感包含社会责任认知、社会责任情感和社会责任行为三个要素。大学生是推进国家继续发展、实现科技创新的重要力量，也是社会主义事业的接班人，因此他们必须具有强烈的社会责任感。

习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中指出：“青年兴则国家兴，青年强则国家强。青年一代有理想、有本领、有担当，国家就有前途，民族就有希望。中国梦是历史的、现实的，也是未来的；是我们这一代的，更是青年一代的。中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦将在一代代青年的接力奋斗中变为现实。全党要关心和爱护青年，为他们实现人生出彩搭建舞台。广大青年要坚定理想信念，志存高远，脚踏实地，勇做时代的弄潮儿，在实现中国梦的生动实践中放飞青春梦想，在为人民利益的不懈奋斗中书写人生华章”。……
