摘 要： 高等教育改革与创新的一个重要方面就是实验教学，实验室作为实验教学的场地，对人才培养起到重要的作用。文章以浙江农林大学实验教学中心为例，从实验室管理队伍、硬件、信息化建设等方面分析了实验室建设的现状，在此基础上提出了一些建设性意见。这些对策可提高实验室管理队伍的工作效率和实验室的利用率，为全校师生提供更方便、更高效、更优质的服务。

Present situation and countermeasures of laboratory management in universities

Abstract： One of the most important aspects of the reform and innovation of higher education is the experimental teaching. As the field of experimental teaching， laboratory plays an important role in the training of talents. The article takes the experimental teaching center of Zhejiang A & F University as an example， the present situation of laboratory construction is analyzed from the aspects of laboratory management team， hardware and information construction. On the basis of this， some constructive suggestions are put forward. These suggestions can improve the efficiency of laboratory management team and the utilization rate of laboratories， and provide more convenient， efficient and better services for all teachers and students.

0 引言

習近平在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出：“高等教育发展水平是一个国家发展水平和发展潜力的重要标志”[1]。李克强在高等教育改革创新座谈会上强调：“深化教育改革激发更大活力，贯彻创新战略赢得发展未来”[2]。这些都说明了高等教育和创新教育的重要性。高等教育改革与创新其中一个重要的内容就是实验教学。

灌输式的教学模式已经不能满足学生的需求[3]。灌输式教学不考虑学生的个性化特点，学生被动接受，单位时间内灌输的知识越多，学生记忆得越多，被认为效果越好。然而灌输式教育学生创新能力的培养不足也是一个突出的问题。

实验教学可以弥补传统理论教学的不足，实验室作为实验教学的基地，其建设和改进有着重要的意义。

我们以浙江农林大学实验教学中心为研究对象，对实验室的现状进行分析，并提出了一些针对性的对策。……
