摘 要： 新工科是根据国家战略发展需要提出的全新人才培养目标，根据新工科对高校网络工程专业提出的要求，结合本校实际情况，从合理构建专兼职师资队伍、建立基于“真实工作场景”产学结合基地、引入优质企业共创全新课程体系、完善学生全期创业教育体系等四个方面进行探讨，研究新工科背景下具有特色的网络工程专业建设方案。

Study on the construction scheme of university network engineering specialty

for New Engineering

Abstract： The New Engineering is a new talent training target proposed in accordance with the needs of national strategic development. According to the requirements of the New Engineering for network engineering specialty in colleges and universities， combined with the actual situation of the school， the reasonable construction of part-time teachers， the "real scene" based， and production and learning integrated base， the introduction of high-quality enterprises to create a new curriculum system， and improving the full term entrepreneurship education system for student， these four aspects are discussed to study the network engineering specialty construction scheme for the New Engineering.

0 引言

习近平总书记在十九大会议报告中指出，世界经济加速向以网络信息技术产业为重要内容的经济活动转变，我们要把握这一历史契机，以信息化培育新动能，用新动能推动新发展。新经济的快速发展，对工科人才的能力提出更高要求，如何培养满足当前及未来企业需求的 “新工科”网络人才，并将其功能辐射到其他相关专业，是各高校共同思考的问题。

经过深入调研发现，网络工程专业的特点有以下四方面：一是符合国家行业发展方向，是经济社会发展的紧缺专业；二是面向区域发展中的需求，长三角地区是我国互联网行业发展的聚集区，网络工程人才缺口每年达数十万人，并且仍在快速增长，而各地各类高校相同相近专业培养的各层次人才还不能满足这种需要，特别是网络应用型人才的缺乏；三是社会对该专业认知度高和认同度高，在江苏省内，该专业本科毕业生平均月薪高于本科毕业生就业的一般薪资水平，是社会上的热门专业，报考生源充足；……
