【摘   要】 为深入推进供给侧结构性改革，顺应物流领域科技与产业发展的新趋势，推动大数据、云计算、物联网等先进信息技术与物流深度融合，科学合理规划现代智慧物流体系建设，提高西藏物流高效服务能力，是西藏经济发展的重要建设方向。本文通过研究西藏物流体系建设智能化和信息化，为西藏物流体系规划提供科学决策依据，对构建统一有序、结构合理的现代物流体系具有重要的现实意义和参考价值。

By studying the intellectualization and informationization of Tibet's logistics system construction， this paper provides scientific decision-making basis for Tibet's logistics system planning， and has important practical significance and reference value for building a unified， orderly and reasonable modern logistics system.

1  背 景

西藏的交通基础设施逐渐完善，物流服务体系基本形成。随着国家战略进入实质性推进阶段，新的区域经济布局和发展空间格局正在形成，对西藏物流设施、运输方式、系统安全等提出更高的要求。为深入贯彻落实《国务院关于积极推进 “互联网+”行动的指导意见》（国发〔2015〕40号），大力推进“互联网+”高效物流发展，提高全社会物流质量、效率和安全水平，满足物流跨区域供应链服务一体化以及城镇化物流服务高效化的新要求，西藏需要建立智慧物流体系。

2  目前国内外研究的现状和趋势

智慧物流研究国外发展和起步较早，且偏重于智慧物流技术的实际应用;国内最早对智慧物流进行了定义的是中国物流技术协会信息中心、华夏物联网和《物流技术与应用》编辑部。 李书芳教授（2010）、石亚萍（2011）认为智慧物流是为实现高效管理，提高服务水平，将物联网技术应用在传统物流各个环节;王之泰（2014）将智慧物流表述为移动网络和新技术共同应用到物流行业，形成物流的一种新业态。……
